The Ecrin des Arves residence is located in the centre of the resort: very close to the shops, the snow front, the ESF and the resort centre shuttle bus stops! Ideal!

This new flat offers a warm decor and high-quality facilities.
On the ground floor of the residence: an indoor parking space is reserved for you in a closed garage (with recharging point for electric vehicles), as well as a ski locker with boot dryer for 6 people.
The first floor of this duplex flat comprises a living room, a shower room, a mountain area and a separate toilet. The living room features a TV lounge area with a bioethanol fireplace, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The cosy sleeping area has an 80x190 cm bunk bed and a cupboard. Niches have been installed at the head of each bed to store your belongings.
On the second floor you'll find a double bedroom and a mountain corner, both very bright, and a separate WC. The double bedroom has a 160*200cm bed and a large sloping cupboard, while the mountain corner has an 80*190cm bunk bed with niches and a cupboard.
The end-of-stay cleaning service is included, as is the hire of bed linen and towels. Our plus? Your beds are made on arrival!
