Clarisse's House II is an independent fraction on the ground floor of a house in a rural area, ideal for two people.

The accommodation is approximately 50 m2 and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.8x2.0m) that can be converted into two single beds (0.9x2.0m). The bedroom has a sofa, TV and air conditioning. There is also a spacious kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with table and chairs.

The accommodation is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.


LOCATION

The accommodation is located in a rural area 315 metres from sea level and 3.5 km from the town of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach, restaurants and cafés.

At 200 metres you will find the start of the Levada do Moinho and at 600 metres the Levada Nova, which are recommended walking routes with fabulous scenery.

Ponta do Sol is located in the south-western part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.

A few kilometres away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.

In the vicinity it is possible to practice various outdoor activities, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.

The property has access to the main roads.


PLEASE NOTE

A car is recommended for this location and there is free parking at the property.

Due to the climate, there are also insects and lizards in the rural surroundings, which can be attracted by food scraps. For those who are not comfortable with the presence of insects and geckos, we do not recommend accommodation in a rural area.

Cleaning is done before guests arrive and there is weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels.


CONDITIONS

1. Parties and behaviour that disturbs the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10pm and 8am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, the time of arrival and the means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival times is available via a key safe whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For in-person check-in, an appointment is required and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be booked according to our availability.

4. Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and to provide missing identification data to fulfil legal requirements.

5. Guests must inform us of any allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures can be taken.
