Mariners Watch, a fourth-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a dining room, and a sitting room with Smart TV and access out to a balcony with furniture. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Outside, there is an enclosed balcony with furniture and sea views, and off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.5, beach 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Find your perfect escape at Flat 2A Gwel Marten. Please note that scaffolding will be erected on the front (sea side) of the Gwel Marten building complex from 9 November 2026. Important Heating System Guidelines:
A bespoke high-Kw heating system is installed at the property, designed to effectively heat individual rooms within 15 minutes of being turned on. To promote energy conservation and reduce heating costs, we kindly ask that you:
Turn off the heating or keep the temperature below 18°C when it is not needed.
Only activate the heating when required to ensure comfort.
Please note that the heating system for the property is regularly monitored by the owner and can be adjusted as necessary when not in use.

We loved the property, the only issue was the noisy water pump, we have this at home, but it only drives the shower. In the apartment it is linked to all cold water operations, so flushing the toilet at night triggers the pump, ideally this would be a normal pressure fill.
