Steam and Stay @ Hoole has three bedrooms: 1 double with Smart TV, 1 twin, and 1 single. The bathroom features a bath with shower over, basin, and WC. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The living/dining room includes an electric fire and 2 Smart TVs with WiFi. There is also a downstairs toilet. Gas central heating is provided, and fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Off-road parking is available for 2 cars. The enclosed rear courtyard with a hot tub is ideal for relaxing. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but smoking is not permitted. A shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away. Note: A sofa bed in the living room offers flexible sleeping arrangements. Make memories at Cedar Grove.

Really enjoyed our stay here. When we ran into some trouble with the hot Sandy was super responsive and came to sort it so our legs that were sore from hiking could still make the most of it. I will just mention that there was only 1 towel each so if you plan to use the hot tub then do bring another with you.

There was no information given regarding the appliances, heating/water usage - and the WI-FI code should have been given so that new guests do not have to find it themselves.
