Très bel appartement avec balcon vue mer , très bien aménagé, propre et chambre très calme (donne sur l'arrière ) .A seulement 7 mn à pied de l'Avenue De Gaulle, nous avons garé notre voiture à la résidence et nous avons tout fait à pied ou à vélo pendant notre séjour ! Location bien placée, et très bien équipée. On s'y sent bien et la vue sur la baie de La Baule est magnifique !!Un seul bémol : le linge de lit et de toilette jusqu'au tapis de bain peut être fourni moyennant un gros supplément .
