The holiday apartment "KLÜND8" is located in Haus Isabell I, in a well-maintained and beautiful residential complex in the style of spa architecture on Klünderberg in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.
The residence consists of several 3-story white villas with landscaped garden areas between the houses and an underground garage beneath the complex.
The complex is situated between the Baltic Sea beach and Schmachter See lake, and in close proximity to the Granitz forest.
The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is approximately 400m away.
Also nearby and easily accessible on foot are the beach promenade, the local narrow-gauge railway station, a bus stop, supermarkets, and restaurants. The apartment is on the 1st floor and offers 55sqm of living space for 3 people in 2 rooms.
It consists of a living room (with a sofa bed) and a bedroom (with a double bed and an additional, small single bed measuring 170x90cm). Both the living room and the bedroom have a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is separate and enclosed, featuring a dining table, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, and refrigerator.
The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and a hairdryer.
Outdoor furniture and a sun umbrella are available on the covered balcony – you can enjoy the sun there from midday until the evening.
The apartment has a storage room (with an ironing board and iron) and is equipped with external roller shutters.

Die Wohnung war super sauber, hell und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon groß, das Sofa und auch die Betten sehr bequem. Mehrere gute Restaurants zügig erreichbar.
Parkhaus ziemlich eng.
Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, aber nicht weit zum Zentrum.

Gut ausgestattete Küche.
Man hat sich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Bei schönem Wetter hätte man auch den Balkon nutzen können.
Die zugewiesene Parkfläche in der Tiefgarage war mit unserem PKW Kombi nicht nutzbar, obwohl mein Mann geübt ist in Dresden mit Transportern zu parken. Wir waren froh unser Fahrzeug unbeschadet aus der Garage bekommen zu haben. Dadurch sind für uns ungeplante Kosten fürs Parken entstanden.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
