Quiet, bright with balcony and self check-in. 10 min walk to Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center and 3 min to Tram T2. The T2 goes to La Défense in 25 min. Private parking included.
Secure residence with shops nearby. ## Logement Located near Paris, the accommodation is bright and is composed of a living room with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a beautiful lounge area to relax after an intense Parisian day. The accommodation has a BALCON which will be very appreciated in winter as well as in summer.
You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay, namely : Coffee machine, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Parking, Dishwasher, Elevator. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers an immediate proximity to shops and restaurants.
The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share with you my favorites! Cleaning is carried out before and after each rental. Today Issy-les-Moulineaux welcomes, close to its old buildings, but large multimedia companies in glass constructions forming a real and modern business district. - Supermarket Monoprix: 5 min walk - Pharmacy: 8 min walk ℹ️ Due to construction work on the RER C and tram T2 lines, there may be some occasional disruptions, especially in the evening. ✅ The apartment remains very well connected (metro, bus, tram) and it is easy to reach Paris quickly.

Zeergoede instucties.logement in een structuur Adagio,Accor appart.
Bijzonder behulpzame réception.Helpen je bij zoeken naar een taxi.
Bij hittegolf kan je verpozen in een geclimatiseerde ruimte met alle confort.
Een plus bij deze hitte!

L’emplacement est parfait et calme; proche station de métro et brasserie ou restauration rapide.
Studio récent, agréable et propre disposant de tout le confort. ( même du fer à repasser vapeur fonctionnel ). Parking à disposition mais pas utilisé.

Goede locatie om naar de expo te gaan. Garage. Centrum best bereikbaar met een bolt of andere soort taxi.
Negative:
Beetje afgelegen van horeca, maar in het centrum van issy een gezellige plaatsje met restaurantje en langs de boulevard voor de expo voldoende eetgelegenheden. Nabijgelegen ook sportcentrum en cine met Macdonald.
