This beautiful studio will make you feel at home!


With a capacity of 4 people, you will find everything you need to spend a good stay : a living space with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, 1 bunk bed and a clean and functional shower room.


The following equipment will be at your disposal: Hair dryer, Heating, Elevator, Refrigerator with small freezer, Microwave, Oven, Kettle, Filter coffee machine, Toaster. As well as a parking lot which is placed in the back yard, number 6.


A television and internet box will be installed.


You will also have a nice terrace which will be very appreciated in summer and allows to have lunch. In addition to that, it allows to admire the beautiful view on the Port of Pornichet as well as on the Bay.


A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.


You will find several sites of interest near the accommodation such as: the Pointe du Bec, the Halles, Place du Marché, the Aqua Jet Pornichet, the Casino de Pornichet are all less than 15 min walk, the Bay of Pouliguen 11min drive.


To enjoy the summer, you will have: the Plage des Libraires (the most famous and the one of the city center) at 9 min walk, the Plage de Bonne-Source (, ideal for fishing) 9 min by car and the Plage de Sainte-Marguerite (more discreet, but very charming) at 11min by car.


For your daily shopping, you will find everything you need: restaurants, bars, stores, supermarkets...

## Emplacement
Pornichet, a seaside resort in the west of France, is the ideal place for both relaxing and active vacations. Many beaches allow you to stroll in the sun: the beach of the Booksellers, the most famous and that of the city center, the beach of the Good Source, ideal for fishing on foot and finally the beach of Sainte Marguerite, more discreet but very charming. For the more sporty, water and land activities are proposed. The Pointe du Bé is the perfect place for a walk. Finally, the Casino or the Thalasso center can also entertain the older ones.
