Located in a quiet area, in the garden of a family property, this independent accommodation offers you a pleasant stay in Gentilly.
With a capacity of up to 4 people, it is ideal for a couple or a small family looking for the comfort of a private cocoon.

Located on the ground floor, the accommodation includes:
- Wi-Fi, television
- a low-ceilinged mezzanine bedroom under the eaves with a double bed (160x190)
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen with a ceramic hob (2 burners), microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, Krups coffee maker, and kettle
- a living area with a sofa bed to relax on after a day of sightseeing.

A baby cot is also available on request.
Sheets, towels, and basic consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 trash bag) as well as a hygiene kit (shower gel and hand gel) are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located, just a 2-minute walk from a supermarket and a 10-minute walk from public transportation, making it easy to reach the center of Paris or the airports.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover must-see places such as:

- The Montparnasse Tower (26 minutes by public transport);
- The Pantheon (30 minutes by public transport),

What was once known as Gentiliacum took on its current name at the very end of the 13th century.
Divided between various abbeys and a seigniory in the Middle Ages, the territory developed over the centuries, notably with the creation of the Médicis aqueduct in the 17th century.
From the 19th century onwards, the town became a major industrial center, particularly in the laundry and tannery industries on the banks of the Bièvre. Today, Gentilly is a service-sector town, renowned for its involvement in the audiovisual industry. An ancient commune, Gentilly still boasts a number of monuments and tourist sites that bear witness to its past and its importance in history. ## Transports Metro: RER B "Laplace": 10 minutes walk. Line 14 "Hôpital Bicêtre": 10 minutes walk. Bus: Lines 57 and 184 (Fraysse station): 3 minutes walk. Lines 57, 184 and V5 (station Bout du Rang - Picasso): 4 minutes walk. El alojamiento muy cómodo, estaba limpio, completo, lindo y tenía estaciones del RER y metro relativamente cerca para moverse hasta el centro de paris. Muy amable los propietarios.
