## Emplacement
Boulogne-Billancourt is a French commune in the Île-de-France region. It is the most populous of the Île-de-France communes after Paris.

Major economic center of Île-de-France, Boulogne-Billancourt welcomed in 2006 a dozen of thousands of companies, which places it at the rank of second park francilien after Paris.
