A compact shower room (please note that it does not have a sink). Amenities: coffee maker, bed linens, and towels provided. Please note: The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, and cell phone reception is weak. Location and transportation: You’ll enjoy a strategic location right near shops (Franprix is 5 minutes away) and public transportation: Metro Line 5 (Hoche) and RER E (Pantin Station) are less than 500 meters away. Direct access to the Stade de France via tram and bus. Outings and leisure: The studio is just a stone’s throw from major cultural sites: Parc de la Villette (9 min), Philharmonie de Paris (12 min), Ciné 104, and Cité des Sciences (10 min by tram). Fantastic! Property is excellent--clean, comfortable, full of amenities, and convenient to all of Paris. The property manager is friendly and responds immediately. We've never met, but he feels like a friend. I will definitely stay here when I am next in Paris. Highly recommended!

Within walking distance from Hoche station on subway line 5. I had a comfortable stay in a quiet residential area. The reception of keys and the support during my stay were perfect.
