I have the great pleasure to welcome you in my charming apartment of 60 square meters with furnished balcony, located on the 1st floor with elevator and ready to receive four people. It is ideally located in the city center, in a dynamic area, 14 minutes drive from the Croisette of Cannes and close to bars and restaurants. The accommodation will be perfect for a tourist stay with friends or family.

My apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed, a bunk bed and a work area; a bathroom, a dining room, an equipped kitchen. In order to make your stay comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Televisions, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Basic kitchen equipment, Dishes and cutlery, Glassware, Clothes hangers, Cleaning products, Electric kettle, Toaster, Blind, Air conditioning, Fans, Microwave, Mini oven, Iron.

A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each trip. The accommodation is appreciated by travelers for its ideal location. It is located near the city center, in a very quiet area served by public transportation, close to all amenities and near bars and restaurants.

Moreover, its location allows you to visit the city's centers of interest and tourist sites such as: Peynet's Lovers' Wall and the Bonnard Museum, which are 11 minutes away on foot, the Marie du Cannet at 12 minutes, the Tourist Office at 7 minutes, the Saint Sauveur Chapel at 9 minutes...

Don't miss: Heyou Escape (a logic game club - 18 min walk), Thetys Cannes le Cannet Center (a spa - 5 min walk), Cinéma Cannet Toiles (10 min walk) and Just in Provence (a souvenir store - 10 min drive). ## Emplacement
Le Cannet is an important commune of the Alpes-Maritimes in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. It is located only two kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea, bordering Cannes and Vallauris. The town of Le Cannet, known as the Madeira of France, offers a beautiful panorama of the Lerins Islands off the coast. It gained its independence from Cannes and Mougins in 1774, by decree of Louis XVI, which allowed its economic development from the following century. The town of Le Cannet is very popular with tourists because of its geographical location and its weather, but it is also appreciated for its rich architectural and historical heritage, which attracts many tourists during the summer months.
