My studio is bright, warm, well appointed and will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay.
It includes a large living room with a sleeping area with a double bed, a clean shower room and an equipped kitchen.
To ensure that your stay is comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Oven.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.
The accommodation is located in the DOWNTOWN, where you will find everything you may need: stores, shopping centers, pharmacies, bakeries, pastry shops ...
Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. For your daily shopping, you will find a Carrefour City and a Monoprix, respectively at 6 minutes and 11 minutes walk.
You will also be very well served by the various public transports to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
You will be 6 minutes walk from the Aquaboulevard water park; 11 minutes from the Parc Omnisport Suzanne Lenglen; 17 minutes from the Musée Français de la Carte à Jouer; and close to Paris: 18 minutes by metro from the "Ballon de Paris", 33 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, 36 minutes from the Notre-Dame Cathedral and 35 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe

Нам Понравилось все , 1час ходьбы до центра до башни . Или 20мин на автобусе . Остановки рядом.

В квартире было все необходимое для проживания.

Немного было грязновато ..
что то было сломано и не работало . Об этом нас попросили сообщить сразу , так как перед заездом берется депозит .

Not too far from Paris and Metro. All amenities were there.
Negative:
A smoker left cigarette buds and ashes outside on the patio. Other than that I had to fix the bathroom sink faucet that was badly unscrewed.
