HostnFly offers you this charming 28 square meters studio with BALCONY, which is located on the 3rd floor with LIFT and situated in the heart of the famous ski and hiking resort of Serre-Chevalier! Sleeping up to 3 people, you'll have an excellent stay in a warm and welcoming environment, ideally located at the foot of the ski lifts and close to all amenities!

## Logement
My studio is charming and well equipped! It can accommodate 3 people and is composed of a living space with a sleeping area with a single bed and a double bed, and a sitting area with a television and a dining area; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; and a bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment faces south.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Kettle, Toaster.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
You will also have a balcony which offers a magnificent VIEW on the MOUNTAIN as well as on the ski and hiking trails!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
My accommodation is located near several ski rental stores such as "SPORT 2000 SPORT'S MOUNTAIN" (2 minutes walk) and "SPORTRENT Serre Chevalier 1400"(4 minutes). It is also at the foot of the slopes and the cable cars (Casse du Bœuf, Clôt du Lièvre): it is even possible to arrive by ski to the accommodation! Various bars, restaurants and stores can be found in the vicinity. The Tourist Office is only 4 minutes walk from the accommodation! For your daily shopping, you will find the Carrefour Montagne at 4 minutes by car.
You can enjoy the mountains and the snow by going cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or sledding.
Enjoy the summer activities too! The resort is appreciated by hikers and everyone else for its numerous sports and outdoor activities. The famous aquatic center "Les Grands Bains de Monêtier" is less than 10 minutes away by car.

Great location for getting to the slopes and getting to restaurants and bars.
It is definitely ski in (with enough snow). You need to walk to the lifts, but they are very close by. There is dedicated parking and the contact person was very responsive to any questions.

The flat is very close to the center town, commercial center and all the restaurants. It's quiet, fully furnished and all functional. It's very easy to pick up and drop the key ; I recommend this place !
