It's located in a very quiet residence with swimming pool, just a 20-minute walk from the Croisette and the beaches.
The apartment is ideal for a holiday with friends or family, and is ready to accommodate 4 people. Enjoy your stay! ## Logement The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds , two bathrooms (one toilet in each bathroom), with Italian shower, a fully equipped kitchen and with air conditioning where you can relax. From a balcony you will enjoy a superb SEA VIEW and where you can have the outdoor furniture to relax and have your cup of coffee, meals, aperitifs... You have access to the SWIMMING POOL of the residence through a flowered park and populated with olive trees. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Oven, Iron. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover Cannes, the Plage du Midi and the Croisette Beach and its various tourist sites .... The Old Port of Cannes (11 min by car) also opens its doors to a multitude of activities: Jetskis, Kitesurfing, Diving, Boat rides... For gambling lovers, the Casino Barrière is 10 minutes away and for movie nights, the Olympia is 11 minutes away. For your daily shopping, you will find the Gambetta market at 15 min walk as well as local shops (Carrefour Market, Casino, Lidl...). You can park your car for free in the nearby Avenue Prince de Galles. Opposite Cannes is the Île Sainte Marguerite, ideal for a day trip by boat. ## Transports Bus stations in the vicinity. From Cannes-Mandelieu Airport : 23 min by car. From Cannes train station : 7 min by car. From Antibes train station : 24 min by car.

Only criticism is that it would be great if there were either 2 sets of keys, or a key box.
