PROPERTY RULES • No smoking • No parties or events • Groups under 25 years of age are not permitted. • Pets are not allowed on the property. • Observe quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit: up to 4 guests (children included). • Guests must not leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged. • Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation without refund. For this apartment you can scan a QR Code in the bedroom with helpful informations… I found out accidentally… you can recommend to the guests to do that!
