PROPERTY RULES

- No smoking

- No parties or events

- No groups under the age of 40.

- No pets on the property

- Respect quiet hours from 8pm to 8am

- No exceeding the permitted occupancy limit: up to 8 guests (children included)

- It is not allowed to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes in the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

- In the event of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund

TOURIST FEE

Mandatory payment for all guests aged 16 and over.


CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

- Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

- Ecolab certified cleaning products.

- Bed linen and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.

CHECK IN: Every day from 17.00 to 19.00
