Close to the beach: holiday flat with balcony and wonderful all-round sea view over Döse and the harbour

Here you can spend your North Sea holiday with up to three adults and one child and a wonderful view both at high and low tide: from the 7th floor you can see the Döse sandy beach, Grimmershörnbucht and the fishing harbour. The separate bedroom with box-spring double bed offers two sleeping options, while the bunk bed in the second bedroom offers two more sleeping places. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a shower. Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation free of charge.

In the house you can use coin-operated washing machines and dryers as well as the lockable bicycle room. The flat has a reserved parking space in the form of a large garage.

The beach is only about 100 metres away on foot.

Important note: Construction site in the house (as of 17.09.24): Cable work and facade work (painters) are currently being carried out on the rear arcades of the beach tower. For protection and safety, the rear arcades are covered with coarse-meshed netting and the windows to the arcades are covered with protective film. The work begins at 8 a.m. on weekdays. Access to the flats is guaranteed at all times. As the living rooms and balconies are on the opposite side of the building, our guests report that the noise in these areas is hardly disturbing, especially as the noisy work has already been completed. However, we would like to point out that guests who regularly take an afternoon nap or want to sleep in late in the morning should possibly prefer another holiday flat, as most of the bedrooms (with the exception of flat 63) are located on the arcade.

According to current planning, the work will continue until mid-November 2024.
