The residence in central Livigno has 4 apartments in total. It is just 2 minutes from the Cassana Cable Car, and close to ski shuttle buses, with easy access to the mountains, skiing and hiking routes throughout the year.

Livigno makes an exciting holiday destination all year round. Aquagranda Active You (2-minute drive) is a spa and indoor water park under one roof and makes a great day out for all ages. Plus there are 2 adventure parks close by, the Mottolino Snowpark, a snowboarders’ paradise (6 min drive) and the Carosello 3000 park, (10 min drive). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer: children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.

In the summer months Livigno is famous for its picturesque mountain lakes, waterfalls, hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside. The region is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. There are several rental services for mountain bikes, so guests can get out onto the panoramic biking routes around the town.

For self-catering there are several grocery stores and supermarkets within 5 minutes of the apartment. If you do not want to cook then there are many restaurants and cafés close by.

Linate airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 25-minute drive whilst, Malpensa airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 40 minute drive from the apartment.
