The property is arranged over one floor and features a practical terracotta tiled floor throughout with traditional wooden fixtures and furnishings.
The open-plan living area incorporates a country-style kitchen which is fitted with; a cooker hob, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

The Courmayeur Mont Blanc cable car is a 5-minute drive / 20-minute walk away.
The ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts, the resort offers a wide range of slopes suitable for all levels.
Courmayeur is famous for its off-piste opportunities, particularly in the Vallée Blanche. In the summer, the area is a haven for hikers, bikers and mountaineers with trails ranging from easy walks to challenging climbs and several mountain biking trails.
Visitors will also find the scenic Golf Club Courmayeur et Grandes Jorasses a 17-minute drive away and the thermal baths in Pré-Saint-Didier (a 9-minute drive) offer a relaxing experience with scenic alpine views.

Communication went well, easy check in. Lovely location with nice view and convenient parking. Apartment as described - small but efficient. Like the white bedlinen and towels, Sofabed slept well. Minus points: some broken lamps and parts (like a shelf for instance) - actually easy to fix. No wifi during our stay.

Equipements cuisines trop succincts, pas assez de place sur le plan de travail.
Décoration à rafraîchir.
Prévoir un adaptateur pour les prises électriques qui sont de vieux modèles (pas adaptées aux appareils français)
