Très belle localisation, calme apprécié, espace extérieur agréable.
Equipements cuisines trop succincts, pas assez de place sur le plan de travail.
Décoration à rafraîchir.
Prévoir un adaptateur pour les prises électriques qui sont de vieux modèles (pas adaptées aux appareils français)
