Spacious and bright, it features a relaxation area with a large, comfortable sofa, perfect for unwinding after a busy day, a spacious dining table that can accommodate all guests, and a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine (filter), etc.).
For convivial moments, raclette machines are also available, ideal for enjoying traditional Savoyard evenings.
Bedrooms: The apartment offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a balcony.
Three of them are equipped with queen-size beds, perfect for optimal rest.
The fourth bedroom is arranged with 4 single beds, ideal for children or friends.
Each bedroom has a mezzanine adapted to your specific needs: a fitness room, office, laundry room, or dormitory with additional beds.
The rooms are decorated in a warm and welcoming style, perfect for resting after a day of exploration.
Bathrooms: You'll find two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub for relaxation, and the other with a shower for practicality.
Terrace: The 30m² terrace is a major asset of this apartment, offering a private outdoor space where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening around the plancha.
The view of the surrounding mountains adds a soothing touch to this space.

In about 30 minutes, you can also reach Saint-Jean-d’Arves, Le Corbier, Saint-Sorlin-d’Arves, Albiez-Montrond, La Toussuire, and Les Karellis.
