The space

The accommodation of about 55 square meters is located on the second floor of a pretty building from 1900 NOT equipped with a lift and is composed as follows

KITCHEN equipped with a hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, electric oven, moka and kitchen utensils.

LIVING ROOM equipped with a double sofa bed and dining area.

BEDROOM equipped with a double bed and wardrobe.

BATHROOM: equipped with toilet, bidet and shower.

TERRACE furnished with table, chairs and umbrella to admire the view of the historic center of Genoa.


Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with thermostat, 2 fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.


Free parking pass on the blue lines on the street.


Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
