Our 39 m² holiday flat for 2 people offers a spacious bed-sitting room with satellite TV, a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony with a view of the surrounding area. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The price includes an open garage for your vehicle as well as high-quality table and bed linen. You also receive discounted entry to the nearby Olympic indoor swimming pool.

Spend an unforgettable holiday at Haus Mirabell in Seefeld, Tyrol! Our well-kept guesthouse is located just a 3-minute walk from the picturesque pedestrian zone and is the perfect choice for active holidaymakers and those seeking relaxation.
On the 1st floor of our house you will find 2 comfortable holiday flats with sun-drenched rooms, tasteful furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious 35 m² and 48 m² apartments offer space for 2 people. Each flat has a bathroom with shower/WC, flatscreen satellite TV, radio, hairdryer, table/bed linen and free WLAN access. We are happy to provide a cot and high chair on request.
As a guest of our house, you have covered parking spaces at your disposal.
A large, colourful flower garden surrounds our house, lovingly tended by the hosts. Behind the house, a fragrant flower meadow invites you to take leisurely walks on the Geigenbühel, which is used as a ski slope in winter. The ideal location even allows you to reach the meeting point of the Seefeld ski school or the Geigenbühel ski lift with your skis on.
The free ski and village bus, with a stop just a few metres away, takes you comfortably to the more challenging ski slopes of the Rosshütte cable cars, the Gschwandtkopf lifts or to the start of the cross-country ski trails. In summer, you can explore wonderful hiking and cycling trails directly from our guesthouse.
