This little Pyrenean gem has everything you need for an unforgettable stay, offering a simple yet refined decor.
You'll have access to a private underground parking space (level -1, accessible to small cars) and, next to it, a ski locker.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator access: entrance hall, living room (fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area), and shower room/WC. On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms (master bedroom: 6.27 m² Carrez law and 12.04 m² floor area; children's bedroom: 9.97 m² Carrez law and 16.76 m² floor area), each with two 90 x 200 cm beds (the beds in the smaller bedroom can be joined together), as well as a WC (washing machine). Numerous activities and attractions in the heart of the Pyrenees and Southwest France: fishing in the Pique River 200 meters from the apartment; free clay tennis courts 100 meters away; walks around Lake Badech (you can also play golf) 1.3 km away; bike rentals from Luchon Mountain Bike 800 meters away; horseback riding 4.1 km away with Luchon Pyrénées Équitation; Antignac water sports center 6.1 km away (canoeing, rafting, etc.); Spain is 8 km away; hiking trails to Lake Oô 13 km away and to the Hospice de France 12.3 km away; Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of France's favorite villages, is 34.5 km away.
