3.5-room flat AIGLE, 1st floor, approx. 90 m²: hallway with wardrobe and bunk bed; from the hallway open transition to bright living/sleeping room with seating area, double sofa bed, fireplace, dining area and balcony exit. Open-plan kitchen with built-in cooker (4 ceramic hobs, oven), microwave, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette machine. Double room with balcony exit. Further double room with private bathroom/WC and balcony exit. Further shower/WC.
The comfort flat AIGLE is located in the modern residence Plein Ciel; this is situated in a quiet and sunny hillside location in the centre of Veysonnaz. All the necessary shops, pubs, restaurants and mountain railway are no more than 250 metres away.
1x free underground parking space and 1x ski box in the Grangettes underground car park (approx. 200 m) and opposite the valley station of the cable car.
Short-term parking at the residence for loading/unloading is permitted.
In the residence lift, laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer as well as ski storage room with lockable ski box for the flat.
The flat is bright and comfortably furnished, well equipped. Cable TV, DVD, radio/CD, WLAN (free of charge), fireplace with insert (wood for a fee on site). Furthermore, an 18m² large, covered, wrap-around balcony (east and north-west facing) with furniture. Hairdryer in one of the two bathrooms. Tiled floors, laminate flooring in the double room. Underfloor heating. Iron and ironing board available.
The 4 Vallées in winter: The huge ski area of the 4 Vallées stretches from the world-famous ski resort of Verbier in the west to Les Collons in the east. With over 100 lifts and more than 400 km of pistes, its size and diversity make it a true Eldorado for every skier. The ski area is accessible up to an altitude of 3,328 metres and offers slopes of varying difficulty to suit all skiers: from wide "motorway runs" to extremely steep mogul pistes (e.g. on Mont-Fort). The area is also very well-known and popular for its many deep snow slopes and touring ski pistes, which are, however, reserved for "freaks". The entire ski area is now very well covered in artificial snow, which usually ensures a connection to the various valleys even in winters with little snow.
The 4 Vallées in summer: the area has now also developed into a real "hotspot" for active guests in summer. In addition to designated mountain bike trails, it has also become a meeting point for the paragliding scene.
The well-known holiday resort of Veysonnaz at 1,350 metres above sea level offers an attractive and extensive range of sports, leisure and entertainment activities in both winter and summer:
In winter, the strategically favourable location in the middle of the ski area (the ski areas of Les Collons and via Nendaz/Siviez to Verbier are easily accessible. 10 km of cross-country ski trails, ski and cross-country ski schools, ski kindergarten, fitness centre with squash, sauna, etc. Many winter and snowshoe hiking trails. There are many huts, bars, cafés and restaurants for après-ski fans.
In summer it is very popular due to its very sunny location: numerous marked hiking trails, marked mountain bike routes (including bike hire), outdoor tennis courts, paragliding. There is a large 18-hole golf course just 20 kilometres away in Sion. The large Lake Geneva with numerous water sports facilities, leisure parks and the world-famous festival town of Montreux is 70 km away; the famous Grande-Dixence reservoir is a good 30 km away.
