This 100 m² house in Pénestin accommodates up to 6 guests. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with WC, and three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds).

There is also a garage. The house has fibre internet with Wi-Fi.

The 615 m² garden, with fruit trees, is fully enclosed and features a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The area is known for its beautiful beaches, especially La Mine d'Or with its golden cliffs and rugged coast.

Enjoy water sports like sailing and paddleboarding, or try mussel picking.

The GR34 hiking trail is nearby for walking enthusiasts.

A Lila Presqu’île shuttle stops 50 m from the house, connecting you by bus to Le Croisic, Mesquer, Piriac, La Turballe, Guérande, Batz-sur-Mer, Le Pouliguen, La Baule and Pornichet. A hiking trail starts right outside the house. There is one parking space on the property, free street parking, and a garage space.

Families with children are welcome.

Towels and bed linen are available for an extra fee.

Final cleaning is available for an extra fee.

If you do not book final cleaning, please leave the house clean.
