Just a few steps from the world-famous Sentiero degli Dei and 10 minutes from the centre of Praiano, Casa Punta di Diamante is a modern, detached house with Mediterranean charm. The three large bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen, and three bathrooms with shower, make it a comfortable space for a family or three couples. Recently and tastefully renovated, the exterior features a large, 200-square-metre furnished garden with an outdoor kitchen, swimming pool and sunbathing area. Framing enchanting views are the two terraces exposed to the sun until sunset: the highest terrace, with a panoramic view of Capri and Positano, is the jewel in the crown of the residence! Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning are available throughout the house.

Casa Punta di Diamante is located at the highest point of Praiano, on the west side, on one of the paths leading to the Sentiero degli Dei. Approximately 200 steps are necessary to reach the house. It is not recommended for people with walking problems or those who do not like stairs! Luggage service is offered on arrival (one piece of luggage per person - it is possible to have the service for all luggage for a fee) It is possible to book the luggage service, for a fee, on departure. It is possible to park on the street, but it may not be easy to find parking during the summer period. We recommend arriving by private driver.
