This beautiful holiday home with communal pool is located in a villa from the 1960s in a hilly area near Sassetta at 500 meters above sea level.

There are three apartments in the villa. You reach your apartment via an external marble staircase. From the terrace you enter the cozy eat-in kitchen, where you can enjoy the cozy warmth of the fireplace on cooler days. Prepare a great Tuscan meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The eat-in kitchen takes you to the large veranda, where you can have a great breakfast in the morning. You can not only spend time under the old oak tree on the lawn in front of the apartment, but also by the pool, which you share with the other guests.

Shops and a restaurant can be found in Sassetta, one kilometer away. For a day of sun, sea and sand, drive to Marina Castagneto Carducci, 12 kilometers away. There is also an exceptional botanical garden that belongs to the owner. This garden is reserved for guests and certainly worth a visit. A visit to the magnificent cities of Pisa, Lucca, Piombino, Livorno and Grosseto is also recommended.
