On the ground floor: Living room with fitted kitchen-dining area-lounge area, laundry room with washing machine and WC.
Access to the upper floor by a fairly steep staircase: a bedroom with a 140 x 190 double bed and its private bathroom, a second bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed with private bathroom and WC. Refreshers upstairs.
Baby equipment: travel cot with additional baby mattress, bathtub, high chair, booster seat and changing table.
Internet access with fiber, by autonomous repeater in the cottage.
Outside: private terrace of 18 m² with garden furniture and electric barbecue.
To share with the owners: 5 x 3 m swimming pool, 1.50 m deep with roller shutter as a safety device.
Swimming pool heated with heat pump and open from 1/06 to 30/09, from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. 500 m² enclosed garden with trees, hammock, deckchairs and table. 3 bicycles. Parking for unloading then outdoor parking on the street. Non-smoking cottage In a main street of the village of Baignes, a town of 1200 inhabitants, you will have easy access to shops, while being in a quiet environment.
The nearby greenway is ideal for bike rides or walks.
The rental is located in an independent house located near the owners' house, in their fully enclosed property.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Isabelle et Jean Pol, malgré la forte chaleur, nous avons bien apprécié la piscine juste a côté du gîte. Merci encore à vous 2 pour votre accueil et au plaisir de revenir vous voir.

Parfait séjour chez Anne et Pol. Les hôtes sont chaleureux et le gîte est en tout point conforme et confortable. La piscine a été fortement appréciée entre deux escapades touristiques avec les températures ambiantes :-))

Un gîte où l'on s'approprie les lieux rapidement, on s'y sent vraiment bien.L'accueil et l'accompagnement tout au long du séjour est parfait.Je vous le conseille vivement.Pour mon cas j'y retournerai.
