With six spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, it is ideal for families or groups looking to relax. Each room is equipped with intelligent air conditioning, which automatically adjusts the room temperature, and intelligent lighting for maximum comfort. Cot and high chair are available on request.


The vast outdoor area includes a jacuzzi, pizza oven, gas barbecue and outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying the sea and mountain views. Please note, guests must purchase firewood, instructions for use are provided.


The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential utensils, from cutlery and plates to a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave and other equipment such as a smoke detector. The house is also equipped with a dryer and washing machine, and a hairdryer.


The property is self-catering, offering only a starter set of towels, which will not be replenished. Each guest receives face and bath towels. Towels for the jacuzzi are not provided. It also includes a Smart TV with box and internet access.


Private parking is available. Due to the island's rugged terrain and narrow roads, a compact car is recommended.


Only registered guests can access the property. No smoking. Pets, emotional support or service animals are not allowed.


The Municipality charges a Tourist Tax of 2 EUR per guest, per night, up to 7 nights, for guests over 13 years old. Payment is made directly to us, we send you all the details along with the check-in information.
