The accommodation comprises On the ground floor: - A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc. - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, hob, airfryer, filter coffee maker etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC On the first floor: - Bedroom 2: with a single bed Outside: - A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - An enclosed garden, facing south with garden furniture, barbecue and vegetable garden The house is ideally located in Baguer-Morvan, in very pleasant surroundings.
You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Close to the sea (Saint Malo, Cancale...) - Visit Mont St Michel, Rennes, Dinan... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Dol de Bretagne, about 4 km away - Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne, about 59 km away Other information : - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
