This detached, restyled family villa is suitable for 10 adults and 2 babies. Downstairs are a living room with a dining area and an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds and one bathroom. The washing machine and dryer are in the storage room and there is a separate toilet in the hallway. French doors open onto a furnished patio. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with box-spring beds and 1 Koos-themed bedroom with a bunk bed. There are also 3 bathrooms and another separate toilet. The use of Wi-Fi is free of charge.

Family destination in the hills of Germany
On a quiet, green hill overlooking the river Moselle, you'll find Ferienresort Cochem. The typical half-timbered houses instantly evoke an authentic atmosphere right. The rolling countryside ensures a holiday feeling. Ferienresort Cochem is truly a family destination. From activity programs to a swimming pool, everyone will be catered for. Children have fun at the Kids Club and can dance with Koos, while teenagers can hang out in their own chill zone. The rest of the family can enjoy a cup of coffee in the lounge. The 9- or 18-hole golf course is highly recommended for both beginners and advanced players. Prefer to start off small? The mini-golf course is suitable for all ages. Of course, watching from the lovely terrace is also an option. Then enjoy your dinner afterwards. Will it be a freshly baked pizza at the restaurant or loaded fries from the snack bar?
An authentic destination on the Moselle
The Moselle region has been a favourite holiday destination for many years. Vineyards stretch across the hills, and the river meanders between them. The castles and palaces make for picturesque pictures. Fun to do a real castle tour! Along the Moselle River, you will find beautiful cycling routes to explore on your rented bike. There are challenging mountain bike routes too. And don't forget to pack your hiking boots to explore the hiking trails. Alternate nature with a visit to the historic cities of Trier and Koblenz. And don't forget Cochem itself. There is always something going on in the town on the banks of the Moselle!
Temporarily, just a little different
The main building at Ferienresort Cochem will get a major makeover until June 2024. We are upgrading and improving our facilities. In the meantime, you are welcome as usual. The work will take place at the edge of the park, far from most houses. Some of our facilities have been relocated for the duration of the works. For instance, you will find our reception in a villa for the time being. The indoor playground, air trampoline, mini golf and electric car charging points are closed for the time being. The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.
