The living room is located on the lower level, along with a dining area and an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, filter coffee machine and more.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 on the lower floor with a double bed and 1 above with 2 single beds.
Both the upper and lower levels have a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The bathroom on the lower level has a bathtub; the upstairs bathroom has a shower and a traditional sauna.
French doors provide access to the furnished terrace.
There is parking space for 1 car.

There is always something going on in the town on the banks of the Moselle! Temporarily, just a little different The main building at Ferienresort Cochem will get a major makeover until June 2024.
We are upgrading and improving our facilities.
In the meantime, you are welcome as usual.
The work will take place at the edge of the park, far from most houses.
Some of our facilities have been relocated for the duration of the works.
For instance, you will find our reception in a villa for the time being.
The indoor playground, air trampoline, mini golf and electric car charging points are closed for the time being.
