Fully renovated apartment for 4 people located a short walk from the center of Colmar in a quiet, residential neighborhood, on the ground floor of a charming house with a garden and terrace.
The apartment comprises a living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the south-facing garden and terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
Ample free parking is available on the street. A travel cot and high chair are provided. Thanks to its ideal location near the city center, it offers a strategic base for exploring the city and allows you to experience its enchanting atmosphere during the Christmas holidays and Easter market. By taking the regional train, just a 6-minute walk from the apartment, you can explore the Munster Valley and enjoy wonderful hikes. This apartment is ideally located if you want to discover both the center of Colmar and the surrounding area. All our services (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi) are included in the price. To be paid before your arrival: the tourist tax, payable remotely by bank transfer or credit card at the agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and the security deposit, payable via a Swikly link or by credit card (authorization). Security deposit amount: €400. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Pets are not allowed. Property managed by a professional.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, neu und ansprechend renoviert. Alles da, was man braucht. Gute Matratze, Fensterläden zum Verdunkeln, kleine Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer. Ruhige Wohngegend, Parkplatz (Auto mit Anhänger ) problemlos direkt vor der Wohnung an der Straße gefunden.
Lage außerhalb des Zentrums, daher ruhig. Mit Fahrrad alles super erreichbar. Empfehlenswert!
