Charming **attic-studio for two people with cozy feel, located just 150 m from Tamariu Beach**, in a quiet area but well situated with a bakery just 30 meters away and minimarket 100 meters away.
It is located on the third floor of a building, offering fantastic views of the mountains and the pretty village of Tamariu and a small side view of the sea.
Being a loft, the apartment offers lots of natural light to its double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, gas stove, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher.
The living room is nice and bright, with a sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining table with four chairs and gives access to a large, sunny terrace with an extendable awning giving shade to the furnished outside eating area. **Capacity: 2 people**.. **HUTG-009888**
