Our "golden flat" is the newest of the GrazRentals apartments.
All windows offer a view of the garden of the 170-year-old, heritage-protected Villa "Markhof". A spacious, quiet terrace invites you to relax. The apartment is located on the first floor, with its own entrance, directly opposite the ReSoWi building of Graz Karl-Franzens University.
The staircase is used exclusively by the guests of this apartment. With a newly renovated bathroom, a new fully equipped kitchen, and many tasteful accessories, this apartment is particularly elegant – just as gold should be. Both bedrooms each have a double bed of top hotel quality (180x200 cm), and in the master bedroom, two additional people can sleep on a comfortable sofa bed (160x200 cm). A cot for toddlers and a high chair are available upon request.
The many thoughtful details will make the "golden flat" your home in Graz.
A washer-dryer combination, iron, vacuum cleaner, wardrobe, two smart TVs, hairdryer, and free high-speed internet – everything is provided.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine, and much more.
The kitchen table is extendable to accommodate up to 6 people. Holidays in Graz – made easy We have no keys, only code locks with easy-to-remember codes.

You can check into the apartment at any time on your arrival day from 3:00 PM – check-out should be by 10:00 AM at the latest. As with all GrazRentals apartments, a secure parking space in the inner courtyard of our complex is also included with this apartment. The grazrental apartment complex is in a prime location with its entrance opposite the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social and Economic Sciences) of Karl-Franzens University.
With the green spaces of the university, the Leechwald forest, the Hilmteich pond, the Stadtpark, and our own garden, our guests enjoy the recreational value of our location and the flair of the student district. The Zinzendorfgasse, the hotspot with student bars and nice shops, is a 3-minute walk away. In our own building, directly below the orange apartment, there is a bakery with a small coffee shop.
The nearest public transport is a three-minute walk away. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. Included parking space directly at the apartment.

Die Ausstattung war gut durchdacht, sehr gepflegt. Wir haben die Terrasse sehr geschätzt. Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war gut. Ein Innenstadtplan war da und sehr hilfreich.
Das Bäckerei-Cafe hat uns sehr gefallen. Parkplatz war gut. Das Bad war sehr schön und modern. Insgesamt super Ferienwohnung.
Von der Terrasse kamen Ameisen herein.
