Nuova Residenza Romeo are six recently refurbished rooms within a two-story house located in a cul-de-sac.

On the ground floor there is a communal area furnished with table and chairs and fridge/freezer. A microwave, a coffe machine and a kettle are available.

Internet WIFI, heating and air conditioning are included.


The room “FIUME”, which benefits from having the access to a small courtyard, is on the ground floor and is furnished with a french double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a small desk and a TV. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with shower and bidet.


This room can host pets upon request at the extra costo of 15 Euros per stay. Please contact us to provide information regarding the size and the breed in order to know if we can accept it.


Parking area is far just 1 minute walking distance from the property.

A cradle is avialable at an extra cost of 10 Euros per night.


The apartment has a self check-in system with a key box located outside the house, so you will be able to access the property with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of your arrival.


Important: To receive this code and instructions to access the property you will have to complete the check-in online form providing your data and IDs and pay the Tourist Tax.


The City Tax is not included and you will be required to pay it before your arrival; Verona City Council set €3,5 per person per night, for the first four days of stay; over 15 year old to under 25 year old and over 70 year old guests pay €2,80.
