The accommodation of about 70 square meters is located on the third floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for disabled people) and is composed as follows

- LIVING ROOM: equipped with a double sofa bed and Smart TV;

- BEDROOM: equipped with a double bed and large wardrobe.

- BATHROOM: equipped with toilet, bidet and bathtub with shower.

- BALCONY with sea, garden and hills view

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to note

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Chiavari, equal to EUR 1 per night per person for the first 7 nights.

This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C
