Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming sea-view flat for rent in the town of Douarnenez, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool.
It measures 65 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living area with a TV, two sofa beds and a dining area… - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with two single beds - A bathroom with shower and bath, toilet Outdoors: - A shared, heated swimming pool, open from 15 June to 15 September, 10 am to 8 pm during the summer months.
Parasols and sun loungers are provided for residents. - A 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A 5,000 m² enclosed, shared garden The flat is ideally situated in Douarnenez, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Water sports: swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, aquagym in the sea, etc. - Sailing centre nearby - Water sports centre (diving) - Marina nearby - Hiking (the GR 34 trail runs right past the residence) - Thalassotherapy centre next to the residence - Tennis courts nearby Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (1 parking space). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Quimper station, about 30 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Brest or Quimper airport, about 20 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets allowed, subject to a supplement of €30 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
