Our "orange flat" is a beautiful, bright, and newly renovated vacation apartment on the first floor of a listed outbuilding of an old Wilhelminian-era villa, located directly next to the Graz Main University.
The fully equipped apartment with impressive wallpaper, beautiful colors, fun lamps, and a new bathroom will be a highlight of your visit to Graz.
The perfectly equipped kitchen is also new and features a cozy seating area.
Smart TVs in two rooms and high-speed internet connect you to the world – nothing is missing.
A wonderful apartment to arrive, relax, with plenty of light and warmth – simply orange. The kitchen and living area offer an idyllic view into the quiet inner courtyard of the villa.
One of the two bedrooms is very bright with large windows – however, all bedrooms can be completely darkened.
Beautiful furnishings, including wardrobes, a washer-dryer combination, an iron and ironing board, and much more, make the apartment perfect for a longer stay.
For the grazrentals team, it is particularly important that you feel at home with us and that nothing is lacking. The orange apartment is ideal for four guests, but up to seven people can sleep comfortably. In addition to two double beds of top hotel quality (180x200 cm), you also have sofa beds (160x200 cm) and a reclining armchair (80x190 cm) with the best sleeping comfort available.
A crib for toddlers and a high chair are available upon request.
A free secure parking space is also provided. We are completely contactless – instead of keys, there are code locks, so you can check in and out at any time of day or night, with the earliest check-in time on the day of arrival being 3:00 PM and the latest check-out time on the day of departure being 10:00 AM.
