Die Wohnung liegt unweit von Bahnhof Heringsdorf und kann fußläufig erreicht werden.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt in Bansin; daher muss zu Beginn des Aufenthalts der Schlüssel im Büro abgeholt und am Ende wieder dort abgegeben werden. Das macht die Abreise etwas kompliziert.
