You'll be surprised to find such a 4-star 48m2 flat when you push open the modern door of this building in Annecy town centre. Follow the stairs.


The flat is on the raised ground floor of the building and sleeps 4 comfortably (double bed in the master bedroom and sofa bed in the living room). It has been completely refurbished by the owner and furnished by an interior designer to create a warm, contemporary mix with a peaceful interior.


The sunny kitchen has views of the mountains, with the living room overlooking a quiet street where you can relax in front of the television.


The cosy atmosphere of the living room allows you to relax before visiting Annecy. The master bedroom is equipped with a dressing room.


The flat is well insulated from noise and is equipped with an integrated system for TV, music, films, telephone and wifi.


Bookings are for a maximum capacity of 4 people plus a baby aged 0 to 3. ( sheets for the cot are not provided )

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.


In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.


🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
