Cosy flat a few steps from the beach of Guggiate and the historical centre of Bellagio.


The flat is located on the first floor of a residential building in a quiet area of the village. The entrance opens onto the living area, an open space composed of a sofa, TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals. The sleeping area includes an elegant and bright bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating with heat pump will be available in the accommodation.

Cot and high chair available on request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per service.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, scenic and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Prominent among these treasures is Bellagio, 'The Pearl of the Lario', a village of just over 3,000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, into which the two branches of the lake divide.

Among the most fascinating aspects of this village are undoubtedly its enchanting villas, world-famous for their magnificence and manicured gardens. Among the most famous are Villa Melzi, with its 18 km of streets and paths in the garden and its works of art, and Villa Serbelloni, now a study and conference centre of the Rockefeller Foundation, which has a wonderful garden. The historical centre, with its numerous small shops along narrow, stepped streets, passageways and arcades, is world-famous and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, and one can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the summit of Monte San Primo, which can be reached by a dense network of paths and itineraries for trekking and nature lovers. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

The flat is also easily accessible from Como by public transport and is 1 hour and 20 minutes' drive from Orio al Serio airport.
