Comfortable and cosy flat a few steps from the beautiful gardens of Villa Melzi and the beach of Loppia.


The flat, located on the first floor of a house, is distributed on several levels. The entrance opens onto the living area, a bright open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a living room with sofas and TV. The flat continues with the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and one with a single bed, and a relaxation area on the attic upper floor, furnished with a single sofa bed and a TV. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.


Available to guests are comforts such as wifi connection, iron and heating.


*In the area in which the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local journeys. It is therefore advisable to reach your destination by car.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Prominent among these treasures is Bellagio, 'The Pearl of the Lario', a village of just over 3,000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, into which the two branches of the lake divide.

Among the most fascinating aspects of this village are undoubtedly its enchanting villas, world-famous for their magnificence and manicured gardens. Among the most famous are Villa Melzi, with its 18 km of streets and paths in the garden and its works of art, and Villa Serbelloni, now a study and conference centre of the Rockefeller Foundation, which has a wonderful garden. The historical centre, with its numerous small shops along narrow, stepped streets, passageways and arcades, is world-famous and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, and one can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the summit of Monte San Primo, which can be reached by a dense network of paths and itineraries for trekking and nature lovers. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
