The sitting room, complete with a Smart TV and a warm woodburning stove, provides a welcoming space to unwind and relax with your favourite film after a day of exploring Barmouth's beautiful coastline. A handy utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, ensuring all your laundry needs are catered for during your stay.
Outside, the front garden features an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink, whilst soaking up the tranquil surroundings and exceptional far reaching views of the town and sea. Pengarreg, a semi-detached holiday home, consists of a kitchen/diner with breakfast bar seating, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, and dining seating for four, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and double. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC. Outside, there is a front garden with gravelled area and furniture and a parking permit for one car. The parking permit for 1 car, the parking permit is applicable for any Gwynedd Council Long Stay Car Park. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property. There is a highchair and travel cot available. Logburner (fuel not provided). Guests can find a shop nearby in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles and a beach in 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburing stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please note the property can not accept arrivals on a Sunday. All of this and so much more with a stay at the welcoming Pengarreg.
There is no road access to the cottage (even to drop off bags) and whilst the path or steps to the house only take a few minutes from the main street, this cottage is not suitable for those with limited mobility. The parking pass is applicable for any Gwynedd Long Stay Car Park
