You can walk to the Old Town in just a few minutes to enjoy a dinner by the canals, stroll through the market or simply admire the beauty of the countryside.
The three bedrooms, which have queen-size beds, are at the rear of the flat, and all have their own TV screens and dressing rooms. There is also a shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The spacious lounge/kitchen extends the full length of the flat, where large windows offer exceptional views of the surrounding mountains.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a wine cellar and a large work surface. The flat also has a private garage - a real bonus in Annecy, where parking spaces are at a premium!
A member of our team will be on hand to welcome you.
The keys are handed over by hand between 4pm and 9pm,
Any arrival after 9pm will be charged 20 euros
The house linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you will be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bike hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
