Urban and familiar, this rural house located outside the town centre of Coín, will provide you with the proximity of a beautiful inland village and a wide range of excursions to enrich your holidays.

The town centre is less than five minutes walk from the accommodation, located in a quiet area outside the town, which will allow you to have a good road connection with the network of interurban roads that will take you to landscapes such as Barranco Blanco, Refugio de Juanar or the Caminito del Rey or to any of the magnificent beaches of Marbella, Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, etc.
Located above the Mozarabic cave paintings of this town, of fame and tourist interest. Its orientation allows you to enjoy beautiful sunsets that warmly illuminate the house in the evenings.
The house is within the village, and although it retains all the tranquility, in three minutes you can be in the Centre (Town Hall 200m), where you will find a variety of bars and very good restaurants, all kinds of services and businesses.
Large supermarkets and shopping areas in the vicinity. You will enjoy the well-known antique market of "La Trocha" every Sunday, frequented by locals and visitors. With a two-storey architecture, the house preserves the woodwork and high ceilings that make it particularly cosy.

This kitchen, has an exit to a private outdoor patio, which with outdoor furniture can have another point of intimacy or meeting in the accommodation and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
Through a charming staircase, you access the upper floor, an area that is occupied by a delightful bedroom with double bed that has en suite bathroom, large dressing room to tidy your luggage and a reading and entertainment space, which with its windows and woods make it an intimate and special place.
