On the ground floor: - a large living room with open fitted kitchen, dining table, pellet stove, office area, and lounge - a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a baby bed and a changing table - a bedroom with a 90 x 200 cm bed - a bathroom with a spa bath, walk-in shower and toilet - a laundry room with washing machine and dryer Upstairs: - a large mezzanine with billiards, teepee and small table for children, table football, relaxation and reading area - a bedroom with 2 90 x 200 cm beds - a bedroom with a 90 x 200 cm bed - a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed - a bathroom with shower and toilet Outside: - at the back of the house, an enclosed grassy area with a gravelled terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue - children's games - a bicycle shelter - at the front of the house, possibility of parking 2 vehicles on the property This independent farmhouse, completely renovated, faces due south and enjoys a clear view of nature. Très bon accueilgrand volumedécoration modernesuper rapport qualité/prixidéal pour celles et ceux souhaitent se reposer à la campagne en toute tranquillité terrain idéal pour les balades en vélo ; très peu de circulation avec pistes cyclables et randonnées à proximité.

Gites parfaitement équipé, il est possible d'y aller les yeux fermés en famille, il y a tous, des jeux à l'électroménager en passant par les portiques extérieurs. Le gites est spacieux, bien fait.Le seul point négatif concernes la literies, trop mole pour tout les "grands" (4 personnes).

Maison très très belle, le propriétaire reste disponible.Peu être un peu difficile a chauffer, mais du reste très confortable. Je recommande pour les familles ou entre amis car de nombreuses choses proposées dans la maison pour un séjour confortable.
