Gîte on one level situated in the owners' grounds. Private parking in front of the gîte. Covered terrace with garden furniture. Entrance hall leading to a large lounge/dining room with direct access to the terrace (TV, wood-burning fireplace) and downstairs to the separate fitted kitchen. The hallway leads to the bedroom with en-suite shower room and separate WC. Baby equipment available for children under two. Babies under the age of two will enjoy the peace and quiet, but the layout of the grounds is not suitable for toddlers who are walking.
