Het huis beviel heel goed, de kamers zijn goed verdeeld en net. Er was zelfs een kinderhoekje aanwezig. Het (zonnig) terras is de kers op de taart.
De inhoud van de keuken was mager: geen overschaal, wél een oven. Snijmessen niet scherp.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa, Der Wohnbereich war gemütlich, besonders mit dem Kamin, der abends brannte, Die offene Küche machte es einfach, Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, und wir genossen jeden Morgen unseren Kaffee auf dem Balkon,
